We have an exciting opportunity within our Membership team for an
energetic and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering
high-quality service. This is a part-time, maternity leave contract where you
will play a key role in supporting and engaging with our members.
Hours are 20-25 per week but must have availability on a Friday.
A typical day will see you:
- Call members to invite them to events
- Call members to remind them of overdue payments
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a
timely and professional manner
- Provide advice on member benefits and services
- Update member details and account information
- Undertake member engagement activities
- Provide relief support to reception
- Turnover and renewal processing
- Collation of membership packs
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory
manner

first point of contact, focused on delivering an exceptional customer
experience by building strong relationships, understanding member needs, and
providing effective solutions.
Our successful candidate
will have:
- Admin experience within an office environment
- Call centre experience (inbound and outbound)
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to problem solve and address issues before they escalate
- Ability to develop and manage positive relationships with
stakeholders
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously yet collaborate and seek guidance when
appropriate
- Construction industry experience (not essential, but great if you
do)
