Description

We have an exciting opportunity within our Membership team for an energetic and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service. This is a part-time, maternity leave contract where you will play a key role in supporting and engaging with our members.

Hours are 20-25 per week but must have availability on a Friday.

A typical day will see you:

  • Call members to invite them to events
  • Call members to remind them of overdue payments
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide advice on member benefits and services
  • Update member details and account information
  • Undertake member engagement activities
  • Provide relief support to reception
  • Turnover and renewal processing
  • Collation of membership packs
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Our successful candidate will have:

  • Admin experience within an office environment
  • Call centre experience (inbound and outbound)
  • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to problem solve and address issues before they escalate
  • Ability to develop and manage positive relationships with stakeholders
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously yet collaborate and seek guidance when appropriate
  • Construction industry experience (not essential, but great if you do)
