We are now looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join our high performing and supportive Commercial Management team in Wollongong.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. Working within an award-winning team of commercial property professionals, supported by a solid organisational structure and a fantastic company culture, the role reports into the Commercial Management Department Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

Portfolio Management: Proactive management of a diverse array of commercial properties,
acting as the primary liaison for all property inquiries.

Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships with
clients, commercial tenants, vendors, and contractors.

Inspections & Asset Optimisation: Conducting regular property inspections and making commercial recommendations to clients to maximise asset performance.

Contracts & Budgets: Assessing service contract needs, negotiating vendor agreements,
and developing property budgets that align with client objectives.

Lease & Arrears Administration: Overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews, and enforcing arrears policies across your portfolio to ensure prompt collections.

Compliance: Ensuring consistent compliance with relevant industry requirements, guidelines, and annual CPD training.
About You
You will currently be working in Commercial Property Management and have excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. You will be able to balance working autonomously with
thriving in a collaborative team environment.

The Mindset: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through capabilities, and the flexibility to manage changing priorities.

Experience: Several years of proven experience within the commercial property management industry.

Financial & Problem-Solving Acumen: Sound financial literacy with a proactive approach to problem-solving and property budgeting.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong relationship-building capabilities.

Tech Savvy: Very comfortable using property technology, systems, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Licences & Rights: A valid NSW Real Estate Class 2 Licence, a current Australian Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle and a valid right to work in Australia.
