·       Support Market West’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

·       Assist with content updates to the Market West website.

·       Support the development of marketing performance reports, including tracking key metrics.

·       Produce simple marketing creative using tools such as Canva and CapCut.

Events

·       Support the Retail Programs & Marketing Manager with planning and executing industry events, including the Market West Ball (incl. Retailer of the Year), Hort Connections and the Cherry Auction.

·       Assist with event logistics, materials, attendee co-ordination and on-the-day support.
