About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong photography skills to join our creative team full-time in Subiaco, Perth.
This role is hands-on and varied, combining high-quality visual design across branding, digital, print and web projects with professional photography and post-production editing. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior designers and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver integrated, high-impact creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality visual design across branding, digital, print and web platforms.
- Capture, edit and deliver professional photography for use across digital and print applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all creative outputs (design and photography) align with brand standards, marketing objectives and client expectations.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of creative excellence, visual consistency and attention to detail across all work.
- Manage multiple design and photography projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality outcomes.
- Support and mentor junior designers, building capability, confidence and professional development within the creative team.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design and photography standards and best practice across the agency.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, development and account management teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Translate project briefs into compelling visual outcomes that achieve business and client objectives.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders throughout the creative process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and evolving design and photography practices.
- Contribute to improving creative workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and output quality across the team.
About You
You’re a confident, creative professional who thrives in a collaborative agency environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional, well-crafted visual work across both design and photography.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in a Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer role (agency experience highly regarded).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
- Strong photography skills, including professional photo editing and retouching for digital and print use.
- Experience planning and executing photography that supports branding, campaigns and storytelling.
- Experience using Figma.
- Proven experience delivering across digital, print, branding and web projects.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for composition, aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing junior designers.
