We’re expanding our recruitment team due to strong organisational growth. MANAWISE Group is seeking a motivated and people‑focused Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team based at our Brisbane Head Office. As demand for our services continues to expand across Queensland, we are adding another Recruiter to help connect passionate, values‑aligned people with meaningful work supporting vulnerable children and young people.

 

This is a vital role at the heart of our organisation, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, service driven environment and is energised by purpose led recruitment.

About the Opportunity The Recruiter is the key point of contact between prospective Youth Workers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. You’ll guide candidates through an end‑to‑end recruitment journey, ensuring they are supported, informed, compliant, and ready for deployment across MANAWISE Group services.

 

This role blends talent acquisition, customer service, and operational administration, with responsibility for maintaining a work‑ready talent pool and coordinating logistics such as inductions, documentation, travel, accommodation, and provider relationships.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of work‑ready Youth Workers
  • Deliver a positive, responsive recruitment experience from enquiry to first shift
  • Coordinate information sessions, group inductions, and onboarding administration
  • Ensure all recruitment and compliance documentation meets internal and external requirements
  • Liaise with external providers to source and manage accommodation, flights, car hire, and travel
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates, staff, and stakeholders
  • Provide post‑placement support to enhance retention and engagement
  • Support compliance with regulatory, financial, and organisational reporting obligations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, audits, and operational effectiveness
  • Engage positively in supervision, coaching, and professional development

 

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, staffing, or a similar fast‑paced service environment
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence working with systems, compliance documentation, and administrative processes
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external providers
  • Alignment with MANAWISE values of connection, care, and kindness

 

Essential Requirements

  • Current Open Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
