About the Role

This is a hands-on generalist HR role where you’ll partner closely with leaders to deliver compliant, efficient, and people-focused HR support.

You will be responsible for:

Providing day-to-day HR advice and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
Supporting employee relations matters, including performance documentation, grievances, and investigations
Coordinating onboarding, orientation, and probation tracking
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring audit-ready documentation
Supporting WH&S administration, record keeping, and risk mitigation activities
Assisting with policy updates, procedures, and HR documentation
Coordinating training schedules and maintaining training compliance records
Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in a human resources role, preferably within the social care sector
Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a HR Advisor or generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment legislation (SCHADS desirable)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
Confident supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
