MainStay Suites™ Whyalla is seeking a dedicated Hotel General Manager to lead our commitment to unparalleled service and operational excellence.

Role Overview

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the overall success of the property, ensuring the highest standards of service, hospitality, and operational efficiency.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, financial performance, and strategic initiatives aimed at elevating the guest experience and maximizing business potential.

This Apartment Hotel offers 56 apartment style residences (studio, 1-, 2-and 3-bedroom layout) in Whyalla Norrie. With dedicated and experienced local team members and the support of corporate Head Office, this is an excellent opportunity to build your experience and forge a career path.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the accommodation industry
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Strategic mindset with a focus on business development and revenue growth
• Ability to inspire and lead a team toward common goals
• Qualifications in Business Management, Hospitality or similar are highly regarded
