About the
Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate
to join our growing Wills & Estates team.You’ll work closely with our experienced practice leader – recommended
in Doyles Guide for Estate Planning and Estate Litigation – and be supported by
a skilled and collaborative team.
In this role you will
lead complex matters across estate planning, probate, estate administration,
and litigation. You’ll work closely with high-net-worth individuals and
business owners, providing tailored solutions that reflect their unique needs.
Additional
responsibilities of this role will include:
- Wills and estate planning including complex high net worth scenarios.
- Asset protection (personal, business, corporate, family trusts and superannuation).
- Probate and estate administration.
- Estate disputes and litigation.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 2 years post qualification experience with experience in estate planning,
administration and disputes.
- A genuine interest in continuing to develop a broad Wills & Estates practice.
- Strong
problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- A strong client‑focused mindset and a passion for achieving commercially sound
outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
- The ability to work autonomously with appropriate support, as well as
collaboratively.
