About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team
in Melbourne.
Working closely with an experienced Principal and a high-performing team, you’ll gain hands-on
exposure to a broad mix of commercial disputes, as well as some corporate insolvency and bankruptcy matters. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
This role is ideal for a lawyer looking to take the next step in their career in a supportive and collaborative team environment. About You
You’re a driven and commercially minded litigator who is ready to take the next step in your
career. Ideally, you will bring:
- At least 3 years of post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on commercial outcomes.
- Effective time management skills and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to learning, with the confidence to take on increasing responsibility.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in building strong client relationships.
