About the role:
Macleay Options is seeking an experienced Plan Manager to join our growing team supporting people with disability across the Macleay region. This role is ideal for someone who understands the NDIS, thrives on accuracy and communication, and is passionate about empowering participants to get the most from their plans.
This is not a staff management role — instead, you will be a specialist responsible for delivering high quality plan management services with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage NDIS plan budgets with accuracy and transparency
- Process invoices in line with NDIS guidelines and participant preferences
- Provide clear, timely communication to participants, providers, and support coordinators
- Monitor plan utilisation and flag risks or issues early
- Support participants to understand their funding and make informed decisions
- Maintain compliant, up‑to‑date records and documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of plan management processes
About you:
- Obtained a Certificate III in Individual Support
- Experienced in NDIS plan management or financial administration within the disability sector
- Strong understanding of NDIS pricing arrangements and plan structures
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator who can explain information clearly and respectfully
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly
- Values‑driven, reliable, and committed to participant‑centred practice
