About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving machinery used across our macadamia orchards, either in the workshop or out on farm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on tractors, trucks, farm machinery, and small engines
  • Hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs
  • Preventative maintenance programs
  • Breakdown response and field service work across farms
  • Ensuring machinery is safe, compliant, and operational during peak harvest periods
  • Guiding and supporting other team members on technical tasks

About You

  • Trade‑qualified Diesel Mechanic
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in your workmanship
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple farm sites
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Experience in agriculture, heavy machinery, or outdoor environments is highly regarded
