We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our Development Team at our Milton head office. This role will play an important part in delivering high-impact campaigns and brand initiatives that increase awareness, inspire action and support our vision of healthy lungs for all.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager – Communications and Brand, this position is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of Lung Foundation Australia’s key health campaigns and brand initiatives.
Working collaboratively across the organisation, this role will implement and support a range of health marketing campaigns and projects, champion brand consistency and contribute to the development of resources, publications and marketing materials.
Key deliverables for this role include:
- Project manage the development and delivery of health campaigns that drive donations and awareness of Lung Foundation Australia, lung health and the symptoms of lung disease;
- Lead Lung Foundation Australia’s graphic design delivery by managing the external design agency; and
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a brand or marketing role;
- Experience within the NFP sector
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing projects/campaigns.
- Experience using project management platforms would be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience working with external marketing, design and project teams in the production of branded marketing and communication materials.
- High level communication skills and very strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design, particularly within the Adobe Creative Suite, would be highly regarded.
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to solve problems and deliver across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to develop, nurture and manage positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using a database/CRM system such as Salesforce would be highly regarded.
- Ability to travel interstate to other office locations as required.
