We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Development Team at our Milton head office. This role will play an important part in delivering engaging digital communications, growing audience engagement and supporting campaigns that increase awareness, inspire action and support our vision of healthy lungs for all.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager – Communications and Brand, this position is responsible for the coordination and delivery of Lung Foundation Australia’s day-to-day digital marketing activities across social media, email marketing, content creation and digital campaigns.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, this role will create engaging content, support campaign delivery and contribute to audience growth, community engagement and brand awareness.

Key deliverables for this role include:

  • Manage Lung Foundation Australia’s social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
  • Create compelling digital content including copy, graphics, photography and video content aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including content development, campaign builds, testing and deployment.
  • Support the delivery of fundraising, advocacy, service promotion and awareness campaigns across digital channels.
  • Monitor and report on digital performance, audience growth and campaign outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or a similar role.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong photography, videography and video editing skills.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design platforms to create engaging digital content.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and manage competing requests.
  • Experience using project management platforms would be highly regarded.
  • Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to travel interstate to other office locations as required.
  • Some flexibility to work outside normal business hours for events as required.
