We’re looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager to join our Development & Sales Team.

You bring: 

  • Experience in account management, sales or customer service  
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities   
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on customer outcomes  
  • Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally 

Highly regarded: 

  • Experience in the energy or utilities sector 
  • Experience with CRM Systems 

 

What you will do: 

  • Take ownership of key client relationships as the primary point of contact  
  • Drive contract renewals, retention, and customer satisfaction  
  • Get in front of clients—regular site visits, feedback sessions, and relationship building  
  • Spot and convert cross-sell and growth opportunities  
  • Partner with internal teams to solve problems fast and deliver results  
  • Keep everything on track through CRM (Pipedrive) and strong pipeline management
