Job Title: Property Manager

Job Summary:

Love & Co is looking for a motivated and highly organized Property Manager to join our team.

Use your previous experience in Property Management and advance your career in our supportive family orientated team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with renters and rental providers

* Conduct and action maintenance requests or routine inspections

* Liaise with tradespeople, insurance companies etc. when required

* Prepare leasing documents, managing authorities, entry and exit reports, etc.

* Coordinate the general day-to-day of your own portfolio and meet KPIs.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Property Management.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Agents Representative Certificate (required).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience with property management software preferred (Property Me, Inspection Express, IRE) but not essential

* A valid driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle.
