Job Summary:

Love & Co is looking for a motivated and highly organized Junior Property Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in Property Management. You will work closely with our Head of Department and Senior Property Managers, assisting in the day-to-day management of residential properties. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in leasing vacant properties through effective marketing strategies.

* Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed.

* Communicate with renters regarding lease agreements, rent payments, and general inquiries.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Property Management.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Agents Representative Certificate (required).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience with property management software (preferred but not required).

* A valid driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle.

* Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply—prior experience is a plus but not essential.
