This is an excellent opportunity to join the business as a Machine Operator, working under the Operations Manager within a high-performing, cohesive team.
The Opportunity
As a Machine Operator, your overall responsibility will be to operate machinery and undertake
general farm duties in accordance with farm activities across both broadacre and horticultural operations.

What you will bring
-
minimum 3 years solid experience as a harvesting large machine operator preferably driving a potato harvesting vehicle such as a DeWulf
- hold a current driver’s licence (heavy rigid desirable)
- a natural technology and systems aptitude
- practical, reliable, flexible and adaptable if given changing priorities
- mechanically minded with the ability to maintain machinery
- pride in machinery, infrastructure and presentation
- strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- a diligent approach to work which includes a can-do attitude
- ability to concentrate for long periods of time, work longer hours during peak season which includes night work
- communicates well and contributes positively within a close-knit team is seeking a long-term role offering stability, variety and responsibility
