As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our Cabramatta office.
Role Overview
This is a key client-facing role responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing calls
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Coordinating meeting room and conference bookings
- Preparing refreshments for meetings as required
- Managing incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Providing general administrative and file support
- Maintaining reception, meeting rooms, and common areas to a high standard
- Monitoring and replenishing kitchen and staff amenities
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
About You
- Previous reception or client service experience in a professional environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and telephone manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and proactive approach
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Vietnamese language skills (spoken) will be highly regarded due to the volume of non-English speaking/ Vietnamese primary language enquiries we receive at this office.
