Established in 2008, LMP Project Services provides a wide range of construction and civil construction services to the commercial, mining & industrial sectors in the Mackay region.
About our Opportunity: LMP Project Services are currently seeking experienced Grader operators to join our highly experienced team based at Burton Mine with a reputation for delivery and working together to develop and provide solutions for our client.
These drive in, drive out roles include accommodation and meals.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment performance
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning the machines
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure operational efficiency
- Follow all company & site procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Experience/Skills required:
• Demonstrated experience in a earthworks/civils/mining/resource environment.
• Proven commitment to promoting safety, quality, and environment compliance on site.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to carry out daily pre-start.
Key Requirements:
• Current Machine tickets (< 5 years old)
• Coal Board Medical (desirable but not essential)
• Standard 11 (desirable but not essential)
