About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our Corporate Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurate and timely financial administration across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking and reconciliations. You will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processing, reconcile incoming receipts to Accounts Receivable invoices, follow up variances or unmatched items, and maintain accurate finance records to support strong internal processes and audit readiness.
The role will work closely with the Finance Manager and internal stakeholders across the organisation to support accurate financial administration, month-end activities and ongoing process improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- Certificate IV or Diploma level accounting/bookkeeping
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
