  • Guide clients through their packages, funding, and service options in a clear and supportive way.
  • Develop and manage client budgets, ensuring services are aligned to goals and delivered within available funding.
  • Apply clinical reasoning to identify restorative care and reablement opportunities.
  • Provide clinical expertise & knowledge to guide the case management team.
  • Work collaboratively with case managers and service delivery team to design appropriate supports.
  • Contribute to building client-centred plans that focus on independence and outcomes.
  • Support the promotion of services by confidently articulating value and aligning services to client goals.
  • Monitor client progress and provide input on adjustments to services where needed.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.

About You:

This role is perfect for an Occupational Therapist who wants to expand their impact, move beyond direct service delivery, and play a more strategic role in shaping client outcomes.

  • Strong clinical reasoning and a focus on reablement and restorative care
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence discussing services, funding, and value with clients
  • Ability to think holistically and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality documentation

Why Life Care:

  • Opportunity to step into a non-traditional OT career pathway.
  • Salary sacrifice benefits to boost your take-home pay.
  • Flexible work arrangements that support work-life balance.
  • Access to company laptop, mobile phone, and car (or vehicle allowance).
