Description

We are seeking a clinically minded and relationship-focused Clinical Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an allied health professional (e.g. Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist) who is looking to step away from day-to-day hands-on treatment and into a more strategic, client-focused role. You’ll continue to use your clinical expertise- just in a different way: guiding care, coordinating services, and supporting clients to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Whether you’re a new graduate exploring alternative pathways or an experienced clinician ready for a change, this role offers the opportunity to grow your career beyond traditional clinical work.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

· Apply clinical reasoning to understand client needs and guide service planning.

· Develop and oversee tailored, person-centred support plans aligned to client goals.

· Coordinate services across internal allied health and clinical teams.

· Monitor client progress and adjust supports as needs evolve.

· Facilitate referrals and ensure appropriate clinical services are engaged when required.

· Support clients and families to navigate services and make informed decisions.

· Manage client budgets and ensure services align with agreed outcomes.

· Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date documentation.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thinking holistically about care, and applying their clinical skills in a broader, more strategic way.

What we offer:

· Flexible working arrangements that support work-life balance

· Comprehensive professional development and career progression opportunities

· A supportive, multidisciplinary team environment

· Competitive pay rates

· Access up to $15,000 in tax-free salary packaging benefits to boost your take-home pay

· Access to wellbeing programs and employee assistance services

· Manageable client portfolios with a focus on quality outcomes

What we are looking for:

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Strong organisational and time management abilities

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

· Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

· High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation

Qualifications:

· Relevant allied health qualification (e.g. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or similar)

· Current AHPRA registration (where applicable)

· National Police Clearance (Aged Care)

· Current Driver’s Licence
