The Role:
We are seeking a Case Support Assistant to join our dedicated Case Management Team. Based in Unley, with flexibility to work from home, this role plays a key part in supporting our Case Managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to Case Managers, enabling them to focus on delivering quality care to clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about aged care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Case Managers with administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records.
- Liaise with clients, families, and service providers to coordinate care and services.
- Prepare and send communication, including letters and emails, on behalf of Case Managers.
- Support the monitoring of client budgets and ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping.
- Respond to inquiries and provide general assistance to the Case Management Team.
About You:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Client Management Systems is desirable.
