Level Up Psychology is looking for an early-career Psychologist to join our growing team. This role is suited to a thoughtful, motivated clinician who enjoys working with children, adolescents, families and adults, and who wants to keep developing their skills in therapy, assessment, collaboration and professional practice.
You will provide evidence-based psychological therapy and assessment services, supported by regular supervision, peer consultation and a team culture that values being humble, innovative, empathetic, responsive and agile.
About the role
As a Psychologist at Level Up Psychology, you will provide assessment and evidence-based therapy across the lifespan. You will work with clients and families, liaise with schools and other professionals, prepare high-quality reports and contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The role includes:
- Delivering evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to client needs, age and context
- Conducting psychoeducational and psychological assessments
- Preparing clear, professional and useful reports
- Liaising with families, schools, referrers and other professionals involved in client care
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical records
- Participating in supervision, team meetings and peer consultation
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting intervention plans as needed
- Contributing to group programs, workshops or professional development activities where appropriate
About you
You are likely to be a good fit if you are an early-career Psychologist who wants to build depth and confidence in a supportive private practice setting. You may have a strong interest in child, adolescent, family, educational, developmental or clinical psychology.
Essential requirements:
- General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Current Employee Working With Children Check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
- Ability to manage a clinical caseload, documentation and report deadlines
- Interest in working collaboratively with clients, families, schools and other professionals
Desirable experience or interests:
- Experience with children, adolescents or families
- Experience or interest in psychoeducational assessment, ADHD, autism or learning disorders
- Interest in educational and developmental psychology, clinical psychology or neuropsychology
- Registrar program participation, or interest in beginning a registrar pathway
- Familiarity with practice management software such as Halaxy
- Experience working with NDIS, schools or interdisciplinary team

- Salary range of $94,848-$118,560 per annum pro rata, plus superannuation, depending on experience and agreed hours
