Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Travel Coordinator to join our Australian based team. This is a unique, hands-on role that changes with the rhythm and seasonality of our business(es), offering the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of travel experiences.

From supporting young people embarking on life-changing international journeys with Letz Live and UK Hospo Co, coordinating domestic & international group travel for schools and clubs through Youth Sports Travel, to accompanying VIP clients on unforgettable sporting adventures to some of the world’s most renowned events via our soon to be launched brand; no two days here are the same.

This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, insurance, and land reservations. You will manage group travel logistics for schools, clubs, and sporting organisations, ensuring seamless delivery and a high-quality experience for all travellers.

The position also focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth through a consultative approach, and may occasionally travel domestically and internationally to support programs and VIP experiences.

The successful candidate must have;

  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously
  • Minimum 2 years experience using Sabre GDS
  • Previous experience living abroad, working with professional sporting team(s), education provider(s) or tour provider is an added advantage
