About the Job

We are looking for a hands-on Trades Assistant/General Hand to join our team in Redlands. In this role, you will support our teams with day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and general plant tasks to keep the site running safely and efficiently. You will be part of a close-knit, supportive team where safety, accountability, and teamwork are core to how we operate.

The role is based in Redlands QLD (onsite) and salary is $75k per annum plus superannuation

About You

You will thrive here if you have:

• Previous experience in a processing or industrial plant environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
• A strong safety mindset and the ability to follow procedures
• An unrestricted driver’s licence
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
• Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working onsite in Redlands every day

Nice-to-haves:

• Certification in instrumentation, chemical handling or other role relevant elements
• Forklift licence
• First aid certification
