Lane’s BBQ is a fast-growing Australian business with a bold future. We create premium seasonings, sauces and BBQ products sold nationwide through BBQ stores, butchers and independent supermarkets. We don’t just sell BBQ products — we live and breathe them.

We’re looking for reliable warehouse casuals to join our operations team and support our day-to-day warehouse activities.

The Role

This is a warehouse-focused role supporting the daily flow of goods in and out of our facility. You’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing online and wholesale orders, stock movement, and maintaining a safe, organised warehouse environment.

This is a casual warehouse role with varying hours depending on business needs.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack online and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
  • General warehouse duties including stock handling, replenishment and organisation
  • Assist with receiving and dispatching goods
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
  • Follow all workplace health & safety requirements and company procedures
  • Work closely with the wider operations team to meet daily dispatch targets

About You

  • Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but not essential
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual and committed with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (Apple Mac experience and Google Sheets an advantage)
