Role and Responsibilities:

  • Install/maintain irrigation systems across commercial landscapes, parks and sporting facilities
  • Prepare project estimates, material take-offs and cost forecasts for irrigation works
  • Build strong client relationships by providing updates, solutions and ongoing irrigation advice
  • Maintain and service irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose faults and repair pipes, valves, sprinklers and controllers
  • Program and adjust irrigation controllers for efficient watering schedules
  • Install drainage systems and water harvesting infrastructure
  • Read plans and assist with irrigation layouts and system upgrades
  • Monitor water usage and implement water-saving initiatives
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks and system inefficiencies
  • Operate machinery, tools and equipment required for irrigation works
  • Lead small crews onsite and ensure projects are completed on schedule
  • Liaise with clients and supervisors to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Follow workplace health, safety and environmental procedures at all times

What will you need?

  • A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
  • National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
