As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play an integral role in maintaining and repairing our equipment, ensuring our customers receive world-class support.
We are expanding our service delivery capability and are therefore looking for motivated self-starters to join our team.
Our Melbourne-based NATA-accredited laboratory is looking to immediately engage a committed in-field service technician to provide in-field ongoing technical support and routine annual mechanical testing certification works. Due to the specialised nature of our business, we expect to train the successful applicants on specific duties and technical equipment specifics.
Responsibilities:
• On-site mechanical testing and sensor calibrations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex problems.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
• Relevant appliance / mechanical experience or trade background.
• Restricted Electrical License. (Preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well in an unsupervised environment.
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites in regional areas or interstate as required.
