About the Role

This is a client facing role responsible for managing accounts and contributing to creative development across a range of formats and channels.

The role reports directly to the Darwin Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for allocated accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships
  • Develop strategic plans and creative briefs aligned to client goals
  • Contribute to creative development including concepting and oversight of design and content production
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, production, media, and digital teams
  • Manage account financials including budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Support the Darwin Director with strategic planning and agency growth

Skills and Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience in account management within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency
  • Strong creative development skills including brand and content concepting and direction
  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Financial acumen with experience managing account budgets and profitability
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to client planning
  • Familiarity with creative tools and processes, with the ability to contribute to creative development
  • Understanding of current creative industry trends
