Summary:

The Women’s Shelter Team Leader plays a crucial role in providing support and guidance to both staff and residents within the shelter. This position is essential for ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for women in need, facilitating their recovery and empowerment. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, coordinate services, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere, contributing to the overall mission of the organisation.
