About the role:

We are seeking a casual Showroom Consultant to join our team. This role is an integral part of the journey for the customer, where your exceptional customer engagement skills will be imperative.

• Greeting customers and delivering a warm, engaging showroom experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a focus on the customer’s vision.
• Work across a 7-day roster.
• Keeping the showroom looking beautiful, organised, and welcoming
• No designing involved – your customers will be supported by other team members for the actual design work.

About you:

• A customer-centric approach.
• Professional presentation and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Active listening skills.
• Experience in approaching customers in a retail environment.
• Must be available on a 7 day roster.
• Previous retail experience would be an advantage.
