KingKira Group is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our fast‑paced recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑volume blue‑collar recruitment

and brings strong operational capability within the mining or resources sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • High‑volume blue‑collar recruitment – Manage fast‑paced recruitment pipelines across operators, trades, and shutdown‑ready workers
  • End‑to‑end recruitment delivery – Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Compliance oversight – Drive candidates to meet medical, ticketing, onboarding, and site‑specific compliance requirements
  • Stakeholder engagement – Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams
  • Talent pool management – Maintain active talent pools to support rapid mobilisation and shutdown readiness
  • Process improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experience
  • System utilisation – Use recruitment platforms (e.g., Employment Hero, INX, SuccessFactors) to manage candidate flow and compliance

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Proven experience in high‑volume blue‑collar recruitment
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements including medicals, inductions, tickets, and site onboarding
  • Experience in mining, resources, shutdowns, or labour hire (highly advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confidence using recruitment systems and digital workflows
