Join the team as a People (HR & Talent Acquisition) Lead and make a meaningful impact across your designated region of Kieser clinics.
Our People Lead’s are responsible for partnering with leaders within their region on all people-related activities (HR & Talent Acquisition). As a true ‘business partner’, your focus will be on supporting our network of clinics to execute on our mission of Building a Strong Australia.
What You’ll Do
- Support leaders through the entire team member lifecycle, from talent acquisition through to offboarding
- Coach and consult with leaders on people-related matters including but not limited to workforce planning, performance management and compliance
- Driving team member engagement, productivity and overall operational success within region
- Support the implementation of key IR/ER changes in region
- People-related administration & coordination activities
- Ad hoc projects as assigned

This is a part-time role (0.8 FTE / 4 days per week). O.6 FTE / 3 days per week will be considered.
Must-haves
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Human Resources or related discipline
- 1 + years equivalent work experience
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong planning, organisation and time management capability
- High attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience using HRIS & Payroll software (Employment Hero preferred)
- Experience working in allied health, health, medical or fitness industry
- Experience partnering with departmental, regional and state leaders
- Experience in stand-alone HR/Talent Acquisition role
