Join the team as a People (HR & Talent Acquisition) Lead and make a meaningful impact across your designated region of Kieser clinics. 

Our People Lead’s are responsible for partnering with leaders within their region on all people-related activities (HR & Talent Acquisition). As a true ‘business partner’, your focus will be on supporting our network of clinics to execute on our mission of Building a Strong Australia. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Support leaders through the entire team member lifecycle, from talent acquisition through to offboarding  
  • Coach and consult with leaders on people-related matters including but not limited to workforce planning, performance management and compliance 
  • Driving team member engagement, productivity and overall operational success within region  
  • Support the implementation of key IR/ER changes in region 
  • People-related administration & coordination activities   
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned  

What We’re Looking For 

If you thrive on embedding yourself to best execute in your role, partnering with leaders on a daily basis, and have a passion for HR & talent acquisition, we want to hear from you. 

This is a part-time role (0.8 FTE / 4 days per week). O.6 FTE  / 3 days per week will be considered.  

Must-haves 

  • Valid working rights in Australia 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Human Resources or related discipline  
  • 1 + years equivalent work experience 
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills 
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management capability 
  • High attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning 

 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Experience using HRIS & Payroll software (Employment Hero preferred
  • Experience working in allied health, health, medical or fitness industry 
  • Experience partnering with departmental, regional and state leaders  
  • Experience in stand-alone HR/Talent Acquisition role
