Join our team as the Care Navigation Lead, leading a growing care navigation team focused on creating an experience of excellence for our clients when they make an initial inquiry about our services at Kieser.

The objective of the role is to oversee the daily operations of a growing care navigation team, ensuring all client interactions are delivered efficiently and to a high professional

standard.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead: Lead, coach and mentor a growing team.
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Care Navigation Centre.
  • Triage: Support the team to apply clinical judgement to help our patients find the right service packages available in our clinics.
  • Multidisciplinary coordination: Enhance communication and collaboration between GPs, specialists, our clinic professionals, and other healthcare providers.
  • Escalation: Handle client complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and escalating matters as/if required.
  • Quality: Perform regular quality assurance checks (e.g. call monitoring, case file reviews) to ensure service quality and adherence to defined protocols.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 1+ years clinical background experience
  • Strong understanding of care navigation principles and practices within the Private Health Insurance
  • (PHI) and Active Aging and Ability (AAA) sectors.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous and fast-paced pilot environment
  • Experience working with client management systems (e.g. Logic+ or similar) and the Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-haves:

  • Formal qualifications in leadership, management, or a relevant health/community services field
  • Demonstrated experience in a telephone-based or contact centre environment, with strong active
  • listening, clear verbal communication, and the ability to manage sensitive client conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting multiple digital platforms and telephony systems simultaneously, with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new systems and support team members in their effective use
