About the Role

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about enabling others to perform at their best?

We are seeking a capable and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to our CEO / Managing Director, while also supporting the broader executive team. This role is central to the smooth operation of the CEO’s office, acting as a key conduit between the CEO and the wider business.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on variety, embraces technology, and takes pride in delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level, confidential 1:1 support to the CEO, including complex diary, inbox, and meeting management
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to ensure the CEO operates efficiently
  • Prepare agendas, papers, presentations, and board-level reporting materials
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and track actions through to completion
  • Draft professional communications on behalf of the CEO and leadership team
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners
  • Maintain exceptional standards of organisation, professionalism, and discretion
  • Support the executive team with key projects, coordination activities, and administrative requirements

About You

  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and act ahead of time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot)
  • Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities
