We’re looking for a commercially minded and highly driven Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team and play a pivotal role in bringing our brands to life. 

This is not just a support role. You’ll take real ownership of locally owned brands where you can make a real difference and create. Not only across brand planning and campaign execution, but also innovation projects and performance, working closely with a Senior Brand Manager to deliver meaningful growth.

 What you’ll be doing 

You’ll partner closely with the Senior Brand Manager while owning key elements of the portfolio: 

  • Contribute to brand strategy, annual plans and growth roadmaps 
  • Lead marketing plans for selected brands 
  • Support product positioning and identify innovation opportunities 
  • Bring campaigns to life across ATL, digital, in-store and e-commerce 
  • Brief agencies and manage creative development 
  • Deliver campaigns on time, on brand and with impact 
  • Support and lead new product development from concept to launch 
  • Develop business cases, P&Ls and post-launch reviews 
  • Work cross-functionally to keep projects on track 
  • Monitor performance, analyse sales and identify growth opportunities 
  • Manage budgets, forecasting and spend 
  • Turn insights into clear recommendations 
  • Partner with Sales and Trade to drive in-market execution 
  • Support retailer initiatives and field engagement 
  • Help manage digital channels and track competitor activity 

What you’ll bring 

  • Degree in Marketing or Business 
  • Min 2+ years’ experience in brand marketing (consumer healthcare or FMCG) 
  • Project management skills  
  • Attention to detail 
  • A mix of analytical thinking and creativity 
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and with external agencies 
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset
