What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Delivering exceptional
customer service across inbound phone, website, email and scheduling platforms.
🔹Supporting customers by
providing tailored solutions and promoting our services.
🔹Maintaining accurate
customer information in our database.
🔹Attending specialist
training to continually enhance your skills.
🔹Collaborating with a fun
and motivated team that values your input.
About You
✔ A passion for delivering
outstanding customer service and building relationships.
✔ Motivated to learn and grow in
your career.
✔ Excellent communication and
presentation skills.
✔ Proficient with Microsoft
Word, Excel, and Outlook.
✔ Enjoys working in a team
environment and helping others.
✔ National Police Clearance
(required).
✔ Availability to work Monday to
Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Previous customer service experience in a similar
environment is highly desirable, but we provide full training – if you bring
the attitude, we’ll teach you the rest!
