We’re growing fast and looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader to lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer journey from enquiry to delivery.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guide customers to the best vehicle subscription for their needs.
  • Lead, coach and motivate your team while working closely with the State Manager.
  • Deliver outstanding service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
  • Hit monthly subscription and growth targets.
  • Manage the lifecycle such as customer onboarding and subscription renewals/returns.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales and delivery teams to keep things running smoothly.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

🎯 What You’ll Bring

  • Automotive experience in a Dealership or Rental space is essential.
  • A current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must
  • Passion for people and problem solving.
  • Leadership skills or readiness to step up into a lead role.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and drive to grow with an expanding business.

  • On-target earnings of $75,000 – $85,000 per year
