🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As our Sales Centre Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high energy, deal driven sales floor focused purely on activity, conversion and results.
This isn’t a traditional call centre.
We’re building a fast paced, high performance environment where your team is consistently working live opportunities, moving quickly and closing.
You’ll be responsible for building momentum, driving accountability and creating a culture where performance is the standard.
What that looks like:
- Leading from the front and driving daily sales activity
- Coaching and developing a team to lift conversion and performance
- Embedding a strong “book, don’t look” mindset
- Monitoring pipeline, activity and results in real time
- Creating an environment that is competitive, energised and focused

- Has proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the Automotive space.
