About the opportunity:
As a Service Advisor at South Yarra BMW, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth workshop operations and delivering a seamless customer experience. You’ll work closely with our skilled technicians, manage workflow, resolve challenges, and help drive service performance, all while developing your skills and advancing your career within a premium automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide customers through the entire service process, ensuring every visit feels exceptional.
- Clearly explain service options, costs, and timelines with confidence and professionalism.
- Coordinate repairs, order parts, and keep customers updated every step of the way.
- Accurately prepare repair orders, job sheets, and invoices to keep operations running smoothly.
- Work closely with technicians and the service team to exceed customer expectations and uphold BMW’s high standards.
Our Ideal Candidate:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a premium or high-volume dealership environment (essential).
- Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering a five-star customer experience.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Proficient with dealership management systems and confident in leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency.
