About the opportunity
As our Receptionist/Concierge, you’ll be the
welcoming face of Berwick BMW, MINI & Motorrad, ensuring every customer
receives a premium experience from arrival through to departure.
Working closely with our Sales and Service teams, you’ll
manage front-of-house operations, assist with customer enquiries, coordinate
service appointments, provide administrative support and help ensure the
dealership operates smoothly and professionally.
This is a varied, customer-focused role that requires
someone who enjoys multitasking, communicates confidently and remains calm and
organised in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a rostered
day off
Key responsibilities
- Welcome
all customers and visitors, providing a warm, professional first
impression both in person and over the phone.
- Manage
incoming phone calls and direct enquiries efficiently.
- Support
customers throughout their service journey, including arrival,
communication updates and vehicle collection.
- Liaise
with Service Advisors and workshop staff to communicate customer needs and
updates.
- Coordinate
appointments and assist with customer enquiries.
- Perform
general administrative duties, including mail distribution, ordering
supplies, banking and supporting other departments as required.
- Maintain
presentation standards and ensure reception and customer areas are clean,
welcoming and professional.
- Deliver
exceptional hospitality and customer service at every interaction.
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Previous
experience in a reception, concierge, customer service or hospitality
role.
- Outstanding
customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication.
- Professional
presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong
organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High
attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence
using computers and Microsoft Office.
- The
ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Reliability,
flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- A
current driver’s licence.
Experience within the automotive industry is advantageous
but not essential. What matters most is your commitment to delivering
exceptional customer experiences and your enthusiasm for being part of a
high-performing team.
