We are currently seeking a Groundsperson to join our Grounds team.
The successful applicant will assist in maintaining the golf course and surrounding grounds to the high standards expected by our members, guests and visitors.
About the Role
Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, your duties may include:
• Mowing fairways, greens, tees and surrounds
• Bunker preparation and maintenance
• Golf course setup and presentation
• General landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Operating turf maintenance equipment and machinery
• Assisting with irrigation and course improvement projects
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, horticulture, golf course maintenance or a similar outdoor role
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a willingness to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

Employment Conditions
• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday roster with occasional weekend work as required
• Immediate start available for the right candidate
• Six-month probation period applies
