Steering away from the conventional layout, our Showrooms are carefully curated and each space is a direct translation of how the furniture, homewares, art and lighting can exist in unison.

Our Head Office, Sales and Production teams work together, evolving ideas and solving problems. What started as a team of eight has now grown to over 220 staff members that all live and breathe a collaborative ethos.

What we are looking for :

We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support the complete lifecycle of our commercial furniture projects. From preparing quotations and processing orders to managing client communications and coordinating final delivery with our logistics team, you will play a key role in ensuring every project is delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for furniture, design, and customer service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and take pride in delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this is a full-time, onsite position based at our HQ in Scoresby.

  • Process orders, ensuring delivery dates set and all project documentation is accounted for, including bank guarantees and floor plans
  • Ensure deposits and balance payments are in line with agreed terms, as well as project and production timeframes
  • Set critical install dates and support the Project Manager in monitoring the progress of critical orders between Production and Logistics teams
  • Proactively resolve project issues or delays, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed
  • Maintain accurate project-specific records and client accounts within the FM system
  • Provide back-up support to the trade sales support team as needed
