James Milson Village is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our casual nursing team at our residential aged care home in North Sydney.

This position is to cover team members’ leave commencing in August and to last for a few months. Regular shifts will be guaranteed each week. We’re particularly interested in nurses who can provide reliable coverage on day shifts for weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts available.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for flexible casual work while still having access to regular shifts and a supportive clinical environment. For the right candidate, there may be potential for ongoing or permanent opportunities in the future.

About the Role

As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
• Conduct assessments and monitor resident wellbeing
• Administer medications and maintain clinical documentation
• Support and guide care staff
• Liaise with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to a safe and person-centred care environment

About You

• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and professional approach to care
• Previous aged care experience highly regarded
