For more than 20 years we’ve designed, installed and serviced residential, commercial and industrial wastewater systems across Victoria. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Support & Project Administration professional to become an integral part of our installs sales team.
Based full-time at our Kilsyth office, you’ll provide the administrative backbone that keeps projects moving, customers informed and our Sales & Project Consultants focused on what they do best, building relationships and winning work.

About the role
This is far more than a traditional administration position.
You’ll coordinate customer enquiries, prepare quotations, manage permit applications, maintain CRM records, liaise with councils, coordinate project documentation and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from enquiry through to project handover.
Working closely with our Residential & Commercial installs Sales, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects organised while helping deliver outstanding customer service.
Day-to-day you’ll:
- Manage incoming customer enquiries
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Coordinate Permit to Install (PTI) applications
- Liaise with councils and regulatory authorities
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Prepare project documentation and handovers
- Monitor permit approvals and project progress
- Produce sales reports and administration support
- Communicate with customers throughout their project journey
- Work closely with our Operations and Technical teams
About you
You’re someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service.
You may come from Project Administration, Sales Support, Construction Administration, Building or Plumbing Administration, Customer Service, Estimating Administration, Building Supplies, Trade Services, Local Government or Permit Administration
Most importantly, you’ll bring:
