What You’ll Bring

- A Valid Australian Open Driver Licence

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Officer with ITEC Employment, your day may include:
- Develop, maintain and increase business opportunities by identifying potential clients and industry trends as well as strategies to pursue opportunities
- Establish and maintain respectful relationships with First Nations apprentices, families, and community representatives
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients
- Foster collaboration with employers, partners, and industry contacts
- Conduct apprentice sign-ups in line with requirements
- Complete readiness checks for apprentices
- Carry out regular progress contacts with apprentices and employers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ADMS within required timeframes
- Provide information on obligations, incentives, and available supports
- Support apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship lifecycle
- Collect and record feedback from apprentices and employers
