Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Repair Coordinator to oversee the repair process for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs, managing repair schedules, and ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Repair Coordinator will work closely with repair technicians, customers, and other departments to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate repair requests and schedule repairs with repair technicians
  • Communicate with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion times
  • Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage repair schedules and prioritize repairs based on urgency and importance
  • Maintain accurate records of repair requests, repairs completed, and repair costs
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that repairs are completed to the highest standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the repair process

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a repair coordination or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Knowledge of repair processes and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
