We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our growing team based in Wyong, supporting participants across the Central Coast.
About the Opportunity
In this rewarding role, you will provide high quality, evidence-based behaviour support that places participants, their goals and their rights at the centre of everything you do.
Working collaboratively with participants, families and key stakeholders, you will build respectful relationships founded on trust, openness and genuine partnership.
Reporting to a Senior Behaviour Support Clinician and the Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience while working with children and adults with diverse support needs. Through functional behaviour assessments and the development of positive behaviour support plans, you will contribute to meaningful outcomes that enhance participants quality of life and promote their independence and inclusion.

About You
You are a passionate and proactive professional who is committed to delivering person-centred, evidence-based supports. You demonstrate integrity, respect and accountability in your work and value collaboration and continuous learning.
To be successful you will have:
- Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Experience delivering positive behaviour support and conducting functional behaviour assessments
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Practice Standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to person-centred practice and positive outcomes
- Current driver’s licence and relevant clearances
