About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior, hands-on leadership role at Integricare, a not-for-profit organisation delivering early childhood education and family support services across Sydney.
As our Human Resources Manager, you will provide operational leadership across the Human Resources function, working closely with our Director of Organisational Development to shape and deliver our people strategy. This is a role where you will genuinely influence how the organisation supports and develops its people, translating strategy into practical, everyday solutions that make a difference. If you are someone who thrives on variety, values integrity, and wants to work somewhere with genuine purpose, we would love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
You will lead the day-to-day delivery of HR services across the full employee lifecycle, providing consistent, timely and high-quality advice and support to leaders and managers across the organisation. You will oversee employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, grievances and complaints and coaching leaders to manage these fairly, consistently and confidently while ensuring procedural fairness and compliance with relevant legislation and awards. You will support the delivery of engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives, facilitate employee listening activities, and partner with leaders on practical action planning. Alongside this, you will contribute to workforce planning, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and support internal movement, career development and talent retention. You will maintain operational oversight of HR systems and data, coordinate workforce reporting, and identify trends and emerging risks. You will ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation, sector requirements and internal governance standards, including the National Quality Framework and ACECQA requirements. You will lead, coach and support the HR team to deliver strong outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement across HR systems, processes and the overall employee experience.
